It measures your peak anaerobic power and your anaerobic capacity in 30 sec all-out sprint.

When and how often do you need it: If you’re a pure sprinter or track cyclist: 2 times a year: At the beginning of the season and during your Peak period.

Who needs it: Especially sprinters or who races criterium.
